NAFSA: Association of International Educators is pleased to announce a new relationship with Student Success around the launch of its You’re Not in Kansas Anymore suite of online tools designed to help students fully benefit from the study abroad experience. The combination of online, self-paced, peer-led video modules; automated tools for continuous contact between campus professionals and their students studying abroad; and ongoing tools that help track students’ progress, all combine to help students achieve a rich and rewarding international experience.

As the leading professional association in the field of international education, NAFSA views the Student Success product as a valuable contribution to the field, ultimately helping U.S. students gain the global competencies and cross-cultural understanding they will need to succeed in a rapidly changing and globalized world. NAFSA believes that a study abroad experience is an essential component of a complete college education for all students. In order to meet the challenges and opportunities of the global age, it is essential for the United States to produce successive generations of Americans who have been internationally educated.

NAFSA believes in the value of bringing the preparation for study abroad into the digital age. We think that metrics are a useful tool to assess students’ experiences among many other ways to evaluate the impact of study abroad. You're Not in Kansas Anymore is an important new resource that helps students get the most out of their study abroad experience and it gives international educators new tools to measure the impact of their students’ experience.
